We specialize in the manufacture of all manner of tube assemblies, including the lightweight and durable tube designs Our fabrication capabilities range from straightforward tubing jobs to complex configurations constructed of exotic metals and with tight radii, thin walls, and compound bends. We can engineer even the most technically challenging tube projects to precise and tight tolerances, ensuring accuracy and quality with Tube Inspect technology.

The variety of equipment available on the shop floor allows us to manufacture components and assemblies in a range of production volumes.Depending on material, size, volume, and bend radius, precision rotary draw bending or roll bending equipment is used. In rotary draw bending, a mandrel is used to support the inner structure of the tube during the bending process to prevent distortion. In roll bending, the length of tubing is passed through a series of rollers to form the desired radius.
